- •You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
4. AI-Generated Recipes & Accuracy
- •Pantrio uses AI to generate recipe suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
- •Pantrio is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from following a recipe, including allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or culinary disappointment.
- •Always verify ingredients and cooking instructions, particularly if you have food allergies or medical dietary restrictions.
- •Pantrio does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary guidance.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- •Pantrio offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described within the app.
- •Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) according to their terms.
- •Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
6. Intellectual Property
- •The Pantrio name, logo, app design, and all associated branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Pantrio.
- •The AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technology underlying Pantrio are our intellectual property.
- •You may not use any Pantrio branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- •Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Pantrio shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination
- •We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms Pantrio or its users.
